Over 15 years, I've led finance and enterprise automation at startups and large organizations — Lots Wholesale, INDmoney, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Lodha & Co. At INDmoney, I architected one of India's most complex fintech ERP implementations: a multi-entity, multi-currency ERPNext rollout for a 20M+ user platform.
Across every company, I saw the same problem: finance and tech teams were capable but misaligned. Finance couldn't translate compliance and process realities into technical requirements, and tech teams optimized for delivery, not outcomes. ERP programs looked successful on paper but failed to speed closes, improve controls, or deliver actionable insights.
I started solving this on weekends — automating AR workflows for a quick-commerce company, reconciling 14 million SAP records for a power utility, and building finance systems for startups. Every engagement confirmed it: this gap was everywhere, and organizations of all sizes were paying the price.
XLURSELF, incorporated in 2018, was built to fix this. In early 2026, I left INDmoney to focus on it full-time. Today, we combine finance expertise, tech execution, and AI agents to accelerate system design, analysis, and delivery — achieving in days what traditionally required much larger teams.
